- Only cleared wallet balance can be withdrawn.
- Capital inside an active package becomes available at maturity.

Withdrawal Policy
This placeholder policy sets out how withdrawals from your wallet are intended to work, including minimums, fees, timing and payout methods.
Limits and fees
- Minimum withdrawal: GH₵50.
- Processing fee: 1.5% of the requested amount.
- No limit on the number of requests, but each is reviewed individually.
Processing times
Requests are reviewed and paid out within 1 – 3 business days. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays are reviewed on the next business day.
Payout methods
- Mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo placeholders).
- Bank transfer to a local bank account.
Reasons a request may be declined
- Payout details do not match the account holder.
- Insufficient cleared balance at the time of review.
- Incomplete profile or verification details.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
Maturity options
When a package matures you may withdraw the maturity amount to your wallet and then request a payout, or reinvest it into a new package. This build lets you set that preference on each investment.
